What sessions consist of are fundamentals, drills and physical/mental repetition.
Letting the body understand that repetition is the key to unlocking new abilities in a swing, defense or confidence.
Do the drill 100 times to be good at, do 100 more to be GREAT at it, do 100 more and you will be unstoppable!
Having fun, being competitive and pushing yourself to limits you thought you could NEVER Achieve! But that will change!
